​All items will be processed through paypal within 24 hours and will be shipped within 48 hours within in time of purchase.

RETURNS

Purchases can be returned for any reason within 7 days of the shipping date. After 7 days, you can still return your  purchase for a full refund as long as it hasn't been used. Some restrictions apply.

REFUNDS

 

All refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

If you have your shipment summary:

1) Complete the return form attached to your shipment summary and include it in your return shipment.

You can send items from multiple orders in the same return shipment, just make sure you complete a form for each order.

2) Place the return label on your return shipment and send it back to us.

 

 

If you lost your shipment summary:

 

1) Go to your online account history to find the order number assigned to the item you're returning.

2) Print and complete the return form and include it in your return shipment.

Refund or Exchange Timeframe

Refunds

If you requested a refund, you will be notified via email within 7 business days of receipt that your refund has been processed. It can take up to an additional 3-5 days for the funds to post to your account depending upon your financial institution.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be shipped out to you within 10-14 days of receipt and you will be notified via email once your requested exchange has been processed. At this time, we are unable to process exchange requests for gear purchased made through other websites other then alphafitt.com
